General Format
  • Posters should be readable from at last three feet away. Everything on your poster should be computer generated for a professional look.
    • Headings no smaller than 34 point type.
    • Text no smaller than 24 point type.
  • Poster file should be created in MS PowerPoint.
  • PC format.
  • AVOID large extensive, deep color backgrounds.
  • Dimensions should be 36'' H x 48'' W (landscape).
File Format
  • Files can be saved on PC floppy, zip disk (100 MB or 250 MB), or CD.
    • This item should be labeled with your first and last name and e-mail address. (Usually you are creating a poster at the same time others are creatign one... so there are a lot of disks that can get lost. Don't take a chance!)
